HOW IS JAMU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SODA?
JAMU is soda made simply and honestly, with real flavour, from real ingredients by real people. Our commitment to making better-for-you refreshment, means we focus our efforts on sourcing premium, clean ingredients that are always natural, genuinely delicious and actively nourishing. No shortcuts, no overthinking, no GMO’s—just honest, high-quality ingredients coming together to create something wildly refreshing.
WHAT IS CHICORY ROOT FIBRE & WHY IS IT IN JAMU?
The chicory plant, which belongs to the dandelion family, is not only a rich source of dietary fibre and flavour, but its roots are known to contain the specialised ‘prebiotic’ form, which is beneficial to your gut microbes. Getting fibre back into our diets is one of the best things we can do for our health, and is just one way we think bringing the ‘wild’ back into our lives can make a difference.
HOW MUCH SUGAR IS IN YOUR SODA?
1.6g per 100ml or 5.3g per can. It’s important to say, we don’t add sugar or sweeteners to our drinks. The low sugar content occurs naturally from fruit juice. Each can has less than 56 calories.
ARE YOUR SODAS HFSS AND SCHOOL COMPLIANT?
Yes.
WHAT ARE NATURAL FLAVOURINGS?
The term ‘natural flavourings’ can be intriguing and may raise suspicion. In the UK, the term ‘natural’ means flavours are derived from all-natural sources. In our case that also means 100% plant-based sources. So when we choose to use a natural peach flavouring for example, it's because we’re committed to crafting the best-tasting sodas, and these natural flavourings play a key role in enhancing and balancing the overall profile.
DO YOUR SODAS HAVE ANY KNOWN ALLERGENS?
Our sodas are made without any common allergens, and we consistently monitor government updates regarding allergen safety. However, since we use natural botanical extracts, there is a slight chance that some individuals may have sensitivities. We always recommend that customers review the ingredient list on the back of each can to ensure it aligns with their dietary needs and preferences.
IS JAMU SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
Yes, all our drinks are suitable for vegans.

WHY SEAGRASS?
Seagrass is the plant that keeps on giving.It’s one of the few habitats that provide multiple benefits to both people and the environment. It’s a haven for biodiversity, a carbon store for the future, a natural defence for our coastline and contributes to the cultural and recreational identity of local communities.As part of our pledge to rewild our natural spaces, JAMU is partnered with the Ocean Conservation Trust, and proudly supports its Blue Meadows programme, which is a holistic approach to seagrass protection, regeneration and restoration at scale. Over the next 10 years, the project aims to protect 10% of all UK seagrass meadows and restore 50 hectares of seagrass.

However, please allow for up to 5 working days for delivery as we use third party couriers and, on occasion, delays beyond our control occur. A subscription gives you access to exclusive savings and means you never need to worry about replenishing your stocks.
You have complete control and flexibility – modify an order, skip one, or cancel your subscription at any time – and benefit from a subscriber-only discount
If you choose to cancel before your second order, you will be charged the difference of the one-time purchase price.If you want to cancel or make a change to your subscription, your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or login via your profile icon on the JAMU website.
CAN I STILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PROMOTIONS IF I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, If you’re on our mailing list, you will receive seasonal emails often with promotions. These can’t be stacked onto your existing subscription, however, to circumvent this, make sure you're logged out of your account and purchase as you would a one-off order. At check-out you will have the opportunity to use your discount code.
