1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Proof of age may be requested, as the prize bundle contains alcohol (Find & Fosters cider).

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the participating brands are not eligible to enter.

1.3 One entry per person. Each legitimate email sign-up is equal to one entry.

2. How to enter

2.1 Entry is via email sign-up only, through the dedicated landing page: https://wearejamu.co.uk/pages/autumn-equinox-giveaway.

2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.3 Entrants must confirm their email address via a double opt-in link to be counted as a valid entry.

2.4 Following any or all participating Instagram accounts is not required to enter, but entrants are welcome to do so.

3. Giveaway period

3.1 Opens: 16 September 2026, 11:00 BST

3.2 Closes: 23 September 2026, 23:59 BST (7 days after opening)

3.3 Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. Winner selection & notification

4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

4.2 The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the giveaway closing and will be announced publicly on 25 September 2026 on participating Instagram accounts.

4.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.

4.4 The prize will be shipped to the winner's UK address within 3 working days of confirmation. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.

5. Data & marketing

5.1 By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from all participating brands. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email.

5.2 Entrant data will be processed in accordance with JAMU's privacy policy and in compliance with UK GDPR. Data will be shared with each participating brand. Entrants are advised to review independent policies. JAMU will not be held responsible for any breach made by other parties.

5.3 The winner's first name and Instagram handle (if applicable) may be shared publicly as part of the winner announcement.

6. General

6.1 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any stage if deemed necessary, without notice.

6.3 The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final.

6.4 This giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
